How do I
claim my $250 excess?
Deloitte will subsidise
$250 on the hospital excess component for all Deloitte employees who are
MBF Corporate members.
To claim
your $250, simply forward a photocopy of your MBF card along with the paid
hospital invoice to HR Services. The $250 will be
reimbursed in the next payrun (ie the 16th of the month) and
will appear itemised on your payslip.
